Unique, Customizable Holistic Program

If you're looking for an in-home personal trainer in Orange County, most will leave you dissatisfied with boring workouts, no results and a cookie-cutter approach. Home Boot Camp is the exception. Though we train many people every day, our program is of a different order. Home Boot Camp is completely customizable to your home and needs, as well as scalable for small groups, if you would like neighbors or friends to join you.

Home Boot Camp takes the best elements of a personal trainer (expert instruction, personal attention, motivation), integrates them into our original in-home boot camp format, and adds unique equipment (kettlebells, gymnastics rings, reaction balls), positive reinforcement, endless variety (workouts are repeated only once every 12-16 weeks), and elite athletic drills. All in one workout. You can participate on your own, or you and your friends can schedule regular small group workouts. Your workout is up to you. Four-week packages include one-on-one nutrition consultations and therapeutic massage.

How Home Boot Camp Works

To begin, choose your package. You can choose as little as two weeks of three-days-per-week workouts for you, or as much as four weeks of five-days-per-week workouts for you and three of your relatives or friends. We train men and women, individually or in small groups, and are as adept at training a small group of women who want to lose weight as we are at training a man who wants to put on muscle.

On the first day, your certified, highly-trained and experienced home boot camp instructor will arrive promptly on time, get acquainted with your workout space and its limitations/possibilities, go through your goals, take measurements, discuss any necessary medical history or limitations, and talk with you about Home Boot Camp and what you can expect from day-to-day. This day does not count toward your package. It is a consultation, a chance for you to get acquainted with us and vice versa. There will be no mention of larger packages, no upselling, and no workout. This day, as with every day of Home Boot Camp, is about you and your fitness goals.

After your initial consultation, Home Boot Camp will contact you, confirm your desire to move forward with your workouts, address any further questions or concerns we may have or you may have, and set up your workout schedule. After that, you're ready to get in shape!

On YOUR time

Home Boot Camp specializes in working with you. Our team of trainers work together to make YOUR schedule OUR schedule. Are you leaving on an early-morning flight and need a pre-flight, quick workout? We can be there. Need to rechedule? You can reschedule or postpone morning workouts as late as 9PM the night before, and afternoon workouts as late as 9AM the morning of the workout. Even tighter rescheduling is sometimes available if it does not conflict with the schedules of other Home Boot Camp clients.

Excellent Value

Home Boot Camp sessions are never more than $40 per person, and can be as low as $XX per session.

Private Nutrition Consultation Included

No matter your fitness level or goals, what you eat plays a huge role in determining your success or failure. At Home Boot Camp, we believe an element as crucial as nutrition should not be left to chance. That's why a private nutrition analysis and consultation with our registered dietitian is included with your first four-week package.

Massage Included

Vigorous exercise tends to produce results, as well as little aches and pains. Nothing addresses the kinks quite like a quality massage. That's why Home Boot Camp includes a massage with our certified massage therapist with every four-week package.
